Return & Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unworn, returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being rejected.

Return Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect, defective, or damaged item). All items must be returned to our warehouse.

Please note: Delays caused by carriers or external processing are outside of our control and do not qualify as valid reasons for a return. For bundled purchases, all items included in the set must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.

Customers are responsible for returning items to our warehouse, including any associated shipping costs or handling fees.

Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges for eligible items.
To request an exchange, please email info@laurentvaleur.com and include the reason for your request.

Shipping responsibilities for exchanges are the same as outlined in the Return Shipping section above.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
